HOW DO I BOOK MY FREE PHOTO SESSION?

Go directly to the Phovoventura Store in Your Resort, Our Staff will be pleased to Help You
HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?
A typical Photo Session lasts about 40 minutes, a bit longer for a large group of People.
For Your shoots You can choose up to two locations in the Resort: i.e. Pool, Garden, Beach
The session results in a Gallery of about 80 to 100 edited images in the gallery
HOW DOES IT WORK AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Your Photo Session is FREE,
After the Session Your Photographer will give You a Link and a Reference Number to view Your Personal Gallery
Your Gallery will be visible shortly after some working time
NOTE: Your Gallery will be available online for 30 days after the Photo Session
From Your Photo Gallery You can choose the images You would like to buy
If You are at the Store You can request at this time whether You would like some modifications or editing, this is a free service
Starting price is 15 USD to purchase a single digital downloadable image (Hi Resolution Jpeg format)
Prices are Tax Included
A Quantity Discount is automatically applied according to the number of images purchased
Number of Digital images purchased:
- 25-30 Photos -20%
- 35-69 Photos -30%
- +70 Photos -40%
- Buy the Full Gallery -50%
A Minimum Purchase Policy applies:
1 to 10 Pax- 15 Photos
11 to 20 Pax- 20 Photos
21 to 30 Pax- 30 Photos
Payment by most major credit card is accepted
At the store cash payment is also accepted
HOW DO I GET MY PURCHASED IMAGES?
After Purchase, You will be emailed an access Link
NOTE: This Link is sent to the email address You gave our Staff. Make sure to refresh Your browser and check Spam
Follow this link to set Your password for total Privacy. To do this, click on the Login icon located at top right corner of the screen
Gallery is also mobile and tablet compatible
Images are Hi resolution jpeg format
Images in the Gallery can be dowloaded or shared
I WOULD LIKE MY IMAGES TO BE PRINTED
Photoventura can provide You with various sizes of Printouts, Albums or Canvas
Please ask our Staff at the Store in the resort, we”l be happy to serve You

Should You have not been able to ask at the Store or don’t have time, Let us know by email and specify all Your requests and we’ll provide you with information about shipping Your printouts, albums or canvas
According to our Terms and Condition Policy no refund is applicable in any case since these products are tailored personally to each Customer

United States, Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ireland, Italy, Norway, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK.
Currently we don’t offer shipping to other locations; However, we are always working to expand the number of Countries
HOW DOES THE ONLINE BUY PROCESS WORK?
Access Your Shoots Gallery with the Link and Reference Number You were given after the Photo Session
Click to select the images You would like to purchase and select the Add in Shopping Cart icon located below each image.
Your Cart Status will update and appear on the top right of the page
A Quantity Discount is applied automatically
When you are ready Review your order in the Cart and check your discount status
Should You change Your mind click on “Remove from Cart” icon next to the image you don’t want and update Your Cart
When ready:
Click on “Confirm Purchase” and add your payment details to complete Your digital purchase
Soon after Purchase You will be emailed a Link to set Your personal Password for Total Privacy
This email also contains Your purchase receipt
NOTE: This Link is sent to the email address You gave our Staff. Make sure to refresh Your browser and check Spam
Access Your purchased images gallery, then you can Download or Share Your Images

Use Your link to go to the Gallery Online
Click on the Login icon at the top right of the screen
A popup will open with “Forgot password?” promt
Just click on it and insert Your email to reset password
